Business Coaching
We offer personalised one-on-one coaching for business owners (and/or their staff), to assist you achieve the goals you desire in your business.
A business coach can help you:
- to think more strategically
- take time to take the 'helicopter view' of the business
- work 'on' the business, rather than 'in' the business
- work on the 8 Critical Areas for Business Success (strategic planning; sales; marketing; people; finance & accounting; product development; operations)
- assist with 'start up' of new business
- increase effective marketing and sales
- know what is happening (statistics)
- create effective systems
- recruit and induct new staff
- manage staff more effectively
- implement the learning from attending training programs
- assist you gain your VETAB qualifications
You can purchase a package of coaching of 6 or 12 coaching sessions, designed to meet your specific requirements.
Coaching usually consists of 45 minutes to 1-hour sessions, usually once per week or once per fortnight, one-on-one.
Coaching is delivered in a confidential environment either in person or by telephone.
It is suggested that a coaching series be conducted over 3 to 6 months, to ensure changes in behaviours and systems that produce results you want, and that are sustainable in the long term.
Team Coaching is also available for those wishing to increase Team effectiveness and work towards team goals.
