Peter has had a career in supplying education and is known as an interesting and engaging speaker. 

He has worked in a number of roles including school founder, community leader, teacher, school principal, and college principal. Within this he has provided executive and teaching leadership in primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education.

In addition to this, for a time Peter was also a talk-back radio program host with a top rating Central Coast radio program called “Street Talk.

These experiences along with his PhD thesis on the developing and assessing of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace, both express and have deepened Peter’s interest in the way that we as humans learn, relate, grow, make decisions and succeed in our workplaces.

Chandrika has been in the education industry since 1983 teaching at various universities in India and Sri Lanka. Later she has been a trainer with corporate sectors in Sydney and Melbourne and TAFE NSW, training in various areas from Information Technology, Law, Project Management, Community Services and Business. 

She is associated with Sydwest multicultural services where she assists in conducting workshops job seeking skill to the newly arrived migrants and refugees and has been active in a number of roles including lawyer, editor, community leader, trainer, radio programmer, mediator and a migration agent. She has been a tutor at University of Western Sydney. 

Her regular programmes in SBS and other community radios on legal issues are most welcomed by the communities. 

Having passion for educating Chandrika has keen interest in transferring her knowledge to the rest of the World. Chandrika has written more than ten books and received State awards for them. 

She has received the following awards for her outstanding contribution in the legal industry towards humanity: Women of the West Commended Award 2012 - University of Western Sydney, Highly commended Award 2011 – Women Lawyers Association , Nominee 2009 Justice Medal.

Cathy Wagner

Cathy has enjoyed a varied career and worked on numerous projects in manufacturing, banking and finance, education, health and economic development. 

She has held executive positions with The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) ;The Property Council of Australia (PCA) and in Education.  

She is now a Director of  company Projects, Management and Writing Specialists (PMWS), working nationally with a number of staff and continues to consult to numerous organisations on projects as well as being a professional technical writer. 

Cathy is a Certified Program Director (CPPD), Member of AIPM (MAIPM); Member of Authors Australia and has previously been a board member of the Change Management Institute (CMI).

Her achievements include the launching the National Women in Project Management and winning the Department of Fair Trading State Award for Consumer Education. She has also won an international poetry award.
