Embark on the most important 5 days in your real estate career!
As an experienced property professional, you’ll know that getting your NSW Real Estate Agents Licence is one of the most important steps in your career.
Smart Academy’s intensive program consolidates your minimum 3 years in the industry with 5 days of intensive training to fulfil your NSW Real Estate Agents Licence requirements. The program covers 17 nationally recognised units. This includes 3 units from the NSW Course in Property Practice which you would already have completed if you hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration.
Maximise your time & your investment.
We understand the life of a busy real estate professional. This intensive program recognises your on-the-job learning and experience so you can get back to work as quickly as possible.
Of course, it’s very important for us to ensure that your current knowledge and skills are suitable for the program. That’s why we ask you to provide materials in support of your experience as a real estate professional.
This Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a formal assessment process that recognises the skills and knowledge you have already gained in your life. We use competency based principles of validity, reliability, flexibility and, above all, fairness in assessing RPL.
That way, we make the most of your time and, more importantly, you make the most of your investment.

How assessment works
Assessment is continuous with assignments set and assessed using competency based strategies. You will be assessed as ‘competent’ or ‘not yet competent’, but relax, we won’t charge you extra if you need to re-submit a task after being assessed as ‘not yet competent’.
You’ll receive feedback on your assessments within 2 weeks and a Statement of Attainment after achieving ‘competency’.
Remember, you are required to earn 12 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points in the 12 months following the granting or renewal of your licence. Smart Academy can help you fulfil these requirements – call us on 02 9891 4655 for more information on CPD.
