Because his course is written to the meet the specifications of the investment property research organisation Compliant Investment Properties, candidates are required to agree to the non-disclosure terms of Compliant Investment Properties as a condition of enrolment. Successful candidates are entitled to apply to access and provide advice on properties researched and authorised by Compliant Investment Properties.
