Record Keeping

In keeping with VET Quality Framework requirements the following records are kept as a minimum for all students undertaking this course as follows:
  • Completed and signed enrolment form 
  • Samples of completed assessments and tasks in line with ASQA General Directions for retention of completed assessments 
  • File notes and correspondence with the student 
  • Copies of statements of attainment and or certificates and transcripts issued 
  • RPL evidence where relevant 
The following additional records are also kept on a course by course basis:
  • Student sign sheets 
  • Copies of marketing materials if course is specifically targeted or funded.
